Agne works at the European Commission (DG REGIO), focusing on promoting and scaling up the use of revolving financial instruments under Cohesion Policy to support the green transition, including energy efficiency, innovation and competitiveness. She previously worked on the design and implementation of various financial instruments in a managing authority in Lithuania, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience and practical insight into how public funds can be structured to mobilise private investment more effectively.
